i. Two Doors
I. Partner with Mueller
Because the AI Factory isn’t built on headcount, Mueller can be paid on results. Its partners pay on performance: for the customers delivered, not the hours billed.
For established companies, and for the firms that own them, the Factory delivers customers directly or runs customer acquisition alongside the company’s own team.
ii. Our Partners
For businesses with something worth accelerating.
Mueller works with established companies that know their industries deeply and have the economics and operating capacity to turn stronger customer acquisition into meaningful growth.
No. 01
$100,000+ per month in advertising. Enough existing scale for the work to matter.
No. 02
Proven unit economics. A customer is worth acquiring, and the business understands why.
No. 03
Capacity to absorb growth. More demand should create enterprise value, not operational strain.
No. 04
A reason to move now. Customer acquisition is changing quickly, and the company does not intend to wait until its current model stops working.

iii. The Work
The house’s own AI infrastructure for advertising. It works in categories where results have to be earned, bringing customers to the businesses behind each one.

iv. The Factory
Mueller’s own AI-native advertising infrastructure, built on a decade of hard-won campaign knowledge.
It writes, designs and produces the ads, puts them in front of the market and reads the results. One idea becomes hundreds of ads. The market chooses, and only the winners are kept and scaled. Behind it: years of media buying at scale.
v. About
Mueller is a family house of companies, built on what QuoteWay proved.
Founded by Adam Mueller, who has already built, scaled and sold a successful company in a highly regulated industry, Mueller pairs its own AI infrastructure with serious, disciplined media buying. This is not an experiment, and it is not a learning curve.
The work done here is informed by years of operating at scale, including his time as Neilson’s VP of Lead Generation in Canada, the UK and Australia.
The company carries the family name on purpose. Adam is an Orthodox Christian, a husband to Azra and a father, and Mueller is being built to be handed down.

The Departure
Adam Mueller began his career by leaving a prestigious life sciences program at McMaster University to pursue business full-time. What started as an effort to build a life insurance agency quickly evolved into something larger.
The Insight
Out of necessity, Adam began generating his own leads to support his agency. That experience revealed a simple truth: high-quality lead generation, when executed properly, is far more scalable than the distribution layer around it.
March 2020
In March 2020, that realization became QuoteWay. Adam and two fellow founders from Cambridge, Ontario (Brett Tavares and Dylan Graham) built a white-label insurance lead generation company: brands built from scratch that brought customers to carriers and lead buyers. They took no outside money.
At Scale
Neilson Financial Services acquired QuoteWay in 2025. Neilson paid a total of C$5.5 million for QuoteWay’s business and offered its founders growth equity on undisclosed terms. After the acquisition Adam joined Neilson as VP of Lead Generation and led lead generation in Canada, the UK and Australia.
The Next Chapter
Mueller is the next chapter: a family house of companies with its own AI Factory, built with the benefit of that full journey behind it.
vii. Philosophy
At Mueller, we believe that until a strategy has survived real capital, real constraints, and real consequences, it remains theoretical.
Reality is the standard. Mueller is built around demonstrated execution. That means understanding the economics beneath the work, anticipating where systems break under pressure, and adapting as the market changes.
The same principle applies to AI: capability matters only when it can be turned into an operating advantage.
Three principles:
“The biggest opportunities rarely come from competing harder. They come from seeing a path others have overlooked.”
The Mueller Standard
viii. Process
Three steps. The same three every time.
I.
We begin with a clear, shared understanding of the business, the economics behind it, and what success actually looks like. This is foundational, not a formality.
II.
A strategy built for your business and its numbers, not a template. Every part of it is tuned for the result that matters to you.
III.
Execution is the start, not the end. The AI Factory puts the strategy to work, measures what the market says back, and keeps improving the system from there.
ix. Note
In Adam’s Words
From the outside, this can look like just another company and just another guy. Someone who had it handed to him, or knew the right people. That is not how it was built.
My mom had me when she was sixteen. There were no business people in my life, and my family has no business background.
What I did have was her. She gave me unconditional love, she was solid my whole life, and she kept our family moving forward. She was the foundation of my courage to make my own decisions. Without her consistency, none of this would have been possible.
Even so, I struggled for a long time. In my early twenties I was evicted in Toronto because we could not pay the rent. We thought we had cracked life insurance. We had not, and I was humbled again and again. By our mid-twenties we had accumulated almost a million dollars in debt. I had proposed, a wedding was coming, and I had to find a way to pay for it. I was pushed past what I thought my limit was. My health was not in a good place, and I was not happy.
We dug our way out. It took a lot of resilience. I spent almost all of my twenties behind friends who stayed in school and found stable jobs. I had a vision, and I stuck with it. Over the last couple of years it has gotten better, significantly.
I share this so no one thinks a hard road means they are doing something wrong. Things that look like they have done well often have a quiet story of struggle behind them, one that lasted far longer than anyone knows.
A lot of progress is invisible. The roots grow underground long before the plant breaks the surface. That growth in the dark is not just valuable, it is necessary: without it, the growth in the light is impossible.
If you are in a hard season right now, it does not mean you are off the path. The progress may be happening where no one can see it yet, and the breakthrough may be closer than it looks.
